• Using deep subject matter expertise and hands-on experience in operational restructuring, business processes and operational excellence. Independent Audit of Business Operations both for the Private Equity firm and the latest acquired portfolio company in order to create an Operational Model Framework.
• Independent Private Equity firm created in Switzerland from a spin-off of a major company. An investment management company providing financial backing and investments in startups or existing operating companies through carve-out, post-merger integration, restructuring support services in Switzerland and Europe.
• Fintech Software industry. 2 multi-site. ETA 2 month program.

► C-level advisory in Improving Operations. Strategy roll-out and implementation. Governance setting.

• Implement operational efficiency methods and native innovation processes.
• Focus on centralizing know-how assets and processes and the operational transformation based on the existing capabilities (mainly workforce and product).
• Roll-out operations management ‘best practices‘ for faster future scaling. Automate and centralize document repository and processes of the PE firm, determining the scope of value for new software fintech acquired firms in the portfolio, writing proposals, deciding on price and terms.
• Establish an adaptative framework to improve operational performance and achieve operational excellence in both PE fintech backed firms and the Independent PE firm through operations and risk management processes.
