• C-level interim management for Swiss-based Family Office. Contract based.
• Strategic program initiation, implementation & turnkey delivery. Enterprise-level turnaround, financial & operational restructuring of the distressed business.
• CPG, consumer goods manufacturing industry. ∼ 12 millions CHF investment. 3 multi-site. ETA 18 month program.

► C-level advisory, Strategy roll out, Governance setting

• Established in close collaboration with Family Office the governance responsibilities, financial & organizational improvements.
• Declined the new strategy into clear business transformation projects, programs, and monitoring processes (=projects portfolio).
• Established new key business processes & support teams needed for effective change management.
