Envisioning a Future with AI Assistants: Business Opportunities, Challenges, and Operational and Strategy Adaptation

In the ever-evolving artificial intelligence (AI) world, Google’s chatbot Bard exemplifies the convergence of technology and creativity. CEO Sundar Pichai and AI experts recently discussed Bard’s capabilities — such as generating stories and poems within seconds — on a 60 Minutes TV Show.
My experience with other technologies shows that AI Assistants will become more valuable than simplistic AI search assistants. In this publication, we will shortly explore the critical aspects of AI governance, including the challenges posed by AI technologies, the importance of a multidisciplinary approach, and the role of various stakeholders in shaping responsible AI practices. I also include a couple of practical examples from my management consulting mandates.
