I am Elena Debbaut — turnaround lead, strategic-execution expert, and a proud Belgian citizen who has called Switzerland home since 2001. For more than two decades I’ve taken distressed or drifting businesses from hot mess to healthy in record time.
My weapon of choice is hands-on, verifiable metrics and results, with a no-BS approach shaped by years of crisis management. It isn’t always pretty, or buzzword filled. But it works.
My signature method is field-proven: understand what’s broken, rebuild what matters, and deliver what drives results.
