Hands-on delivery of technology strategy roadmap (change programme & projects portfolio). Provided technical leadership & advisory in all aspects of the business.

Operational coverage: Interim CTO (Chief Technology Officier).

• Analyse business needs to recommend a technology strategy offering consistency & predictability in daily operations.

• Analysed how competitors are using technology.

• Defined the new technology strategy based on 3 major aspects:

– industry trends (mainly automation & AI),
– 3rd party SaaS solutions and technology options available on the market,
– investment cost – integration – support – end-user usability.

• Educated about technology solutions, vendors, legal compliance, business risks for the company’s website, ERP, CRM, online data repository, other web services. Delivered the “GDPR, Internet Usage and Data Management Policy”.

• Aligned parts of other business processes with the implemented technology solutions (e.g. calls, orders, customer data collection, CRM, marketing automation, in-house data flow).

• Optimized and simplified Tech / IT function.
